Step Aside, Gwyneth Paltrow and Blake Lively

(and make room for this A-lister.)

Inspired by her Southern heritage and influenced by her grandparents, Reese Witherspoon brings the pretty, classic, and graceful manner of the South to e-commerce. On Tuesday, she launched lifestyle brand Draper James. The name is inspired by her grandparents: Dorothea Draper and William James Witherspoon. "Whether it's Nashville or New Orleans, Beaufort of Birmingham, there is a special breed of charm and grace that's signature to the American South." Witherspoon continues, "Our goal is to bring contemporary, yet timeless Southern style to your wardrobe and your home, no matter where you live."

Items vary from home & gifting and accessories to jewelry and apparel. All of which are reasonably priced - when compared to Gwyneth Paltrow's GOOP and Blake Lively's Preserve e-commerce sites. You won't expect to find anything more than $400.

Aside from the products, Draper James also features a "Love, Reese" section. There, Reese Witherspoon will: introduce us to Southern craftspeople - chefs, writers, etc. (People), take us to fine destinations in the South (Places), and advice us on entertaining (Parties).

And this fall, the first Draper James store will open in Nashville, Tennessee.

I'm excited for Draper James and Reese Witherspoon. I already have a few items in my shopping bag!
